Wicklow Safe Haven are a local fundraising initiative dedicated to breaking the cycle of domestic violence. They are running lots of fun events to help raise funds and awareness of domestic abuse.

If you’re feeling afraid, unsure, or overwhelmed, we’re here to listen. Whether you’re still in the relationship, thinking about leaving, or have already left, our confidential helpline offers a safe space to talk, ask questions, or simply be heard.

Domestic Abuse can leave you feeling like you’ve lost your sense of self, your safety, or your voice. We understand how hard it can be to trust, to talk, or to ask for help. That’s why our Outreach Service is built around you - your pace, your needs, and your healing.

If you’re experiencing domestic abuse and need to leave your home for safety, our refuge offers you and your children a secure, confidential place to stay. You do not need to have experienced physical violence to come into refuge. If you feel unsafe or controlled in your relationship, you deserve safety and support.

Building Awareness, Changing Responses

We understand that abuse doesn't just happen to adults—and that young people can be affected in different ways, including through dating abuse, coercive control, and emotional harm. We offer confidential, one-to-one support to help young people feel heard, understood, and empowered to make safe, informed choices.

Going to court due to Domestic Violence and Abuse can be stressful and fearful. Our Court Support team are trained in family law and have extensive knowledge of the court system and how it can impact a victim of Domestic Violence.

The NVR programme is designed for parents experiencing child to parent abuse.

The Freedom Programme examines the roles played by behaviours and beliefs on the tactics of abusive individuals and survivors’ responses.

Own My Life is a 12 week programme helping women who have been subjected to domestic abuse regain ownership of their lives.
