Whether you’re still in the relationship, thinking about leaving, or have already left, our helpline is confidential, offers a safe space to talk, ask questions or simply be heard.

If you’re feeling afraid, overwhelmed or unsure, we’re here to listen.
When you contact our helpline, you’ll speak to a trained, compassionate staff member who understands the dynamics of domestic abuse. They will take your contact details, explore when and how it is safe to contact you and find out which of our services will benefit you most. If you require outreach services, for example, court accompaniment, you will be referred to our outreach team, Anu.
