Helpline

If you’re feeling afraid, unsure, or overwhelmed, we’re here to listen. Whether you’re still in the relationship, thinking about leaving, or have already left, our confidential helpline offers a safe space to talk, ask questions or simply be heard.

What Happens When You Call
When you contact our helpline, you’ll speak to a trained, compassionate staff member who understands the dynamics of domestic abuse. You don’t have to explain everything. You don’t need to have a plan. You can say as much or as little as you want.

We can:
-Listen without judgment.
-Talk through what’s been happening in a calm, supportive way.
-Help you explore your options, safely and at your pace.
-Offer emotional support and reassurance.
-Assist with safety planning if needed.
-Connect you with other supports like Outreach.
You are not alone, and you don’t have to go through this in silence.

Confidential and Safe
Your safety is our priority. We will never share your information without your consent, unless there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else
