Domestic abuse can leave you feeling like you’ve lost your sense of self, your safety or your voice.
We understand how hard it can be to trust, to talk, or to ask for help. That’s why our outreach service is built around you – your pace, your needs, and your healing.
You are in control. We are here to walk alongside you, not lead the way for you.
Our aim:
To RECOGNISE and acknowledge your situation.
To SUPPORT your decisions about your life.
To EMPOWER you to achieve the best outcome for you.
We meet you where you are
You don’t need to have left the relationship, made a decision, or know exactly what you want. Our outreach team offers gentle, non-judgmental support wherever you are emotionally and physically.
We can meet you at one of our clinics around County Wicklow: Bray, Greystones, Kilcoole, Wicklow Town, Arklow, Rathdrum and Carnew, or in a safe space in the community.

Our Domestic Abuse Support Workers are trained to:
There’s no right time. Whether you’re in crisis or just thinking things through, we’re here. You don’t need to be ready to leave the relationship to get support. Sometimes, just having someone understand what’s happening can be the first powerful step forward.

Why this matters
Abuse often takes away your sense of control. Our work is about giving it back. Through every conversation, we aim to help you feel safer in your decisions and your future.
Understanding and Healing
Whether you’re still in the relationship, have recently left, or are rebuilding your life, We offer you support where you feel safest, whether that’s in a community setting, or a private space in one of our clinics.
Confidentiality
Everything you tell us is confidential, unless you disclose that a child or vulnerable person is at risk. You will never be forced to do anything you’re not ready for.
Psychoeducational Support
Psychoeducational support is all about giving you the knowledge and tools to understand abuse and how it affects you. It’s not counselling or therapy, but it is an important part of healing.
Many people experiencing domestic abuse feel isolated, confused, or unsure if what they’re going through “counts” as abuse.
Through psycho-educational support, we help you see things more clearly so you can make informed choices about your safety, your well-being, and your future.
