Unhealthy or abusive relationship signs

An abusive relationship doesn’t always mean there is physical violence. Abuse can take place in various forms and is rarely a one-off occurrence.

Threats and Intimidation are key elements in an unhealthy or abusive relationship and are powerful ways to control you and make you feel powerless and afraid.

This can include verbal abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse or social abuse, etc.
