Own My Life is a 12 week programme helping women who have been subjected to domestic abuse regain ownership of their lives.

Join us for a once-a-week session for 12 weeks.

The course is being multiple times throughout the year in Bray, Wicklow Town and possibly in Arklow.

If you’re a woman who’s experienced domestic abuse, this programme will help you rebuild your self-confidence, regain your self-esteem and regain ownership of your life.

* Provides a caring, supportive and safe space
* Helps women makes sense of what’s been done to them and gives them the skills to rebuild their self-confidence
* Has already helped thousands of women across Ireland and the UK
